Baptist Manor offers older adults the independence and privacy of their own apartment, with the convenience and companionship of living in a larger, supportive community. Our secure building offers an emergency call system in each apartment, smoke detectors, coin operated laundry facilities, media room, library, and free parking.

A service coordinator connects our residents with both in-house and community services. Social activities both on and off campus are planned by our Resident Council. Manor residents have access to a number of supportive services available on our campus, including our Medical Clinic, rehabilitative therapies, beauty and barber shop, Baptist Homes' dining rooms, Gift Shop, van service to local shopping venues, and our on-site fully equipped Wellness/Fitness Center.

Our 100 one-bedroom apartments include ten handicapped accessible units, and are available to people who are 62 years of age or older or mobility impaired, and who qualify for housing assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Eligible tenants must qualify according to HUD income guidelines, and pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent, which includes utilities.
