Nursing Center - 24 Hour Skilled Nursing Care and Short-Term Rehab
We provide a caring environment for 126 residents who require post acute, skilled and intermediate nursing services and short term or comprehensive rehabilitation. Quality nursing care is our tradition and commitment, and is provided under the supervision of our Board certified Medical Director, and our Director of Nursing, a registered nurse with extensive experience in long term care. We staff well above the minimums required by state and federal regulations, employing registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
Short-term Rehab
We offer a well designed, intensive rehabilitation program for individuals whose length of stay is expected to be less than four weeks and who have the goal of returning to their previous setting. Our Medical Director of Rehabilitative Services is a physiatrist who coordinates our interdisciplinary approach to rehab.
All rehabilitation therapies are provided in our well-equipped therapy department, in the Wellness Center, or in the resident’s room.

- All meals, snacks and nutritional supplements
- Recreational, therapeutic, and spiritual activities
- Cable television, personal telephone, and transportation to Baptist Homes sponsored activities
- Annual subscription to Mt. Lebanon Medical Rescue Team South ambulance service (transportation charges are billed to residents or an insurance company)
- Access to on-site fully equipped Wellness/Fitness Center with physician approval
