Job Description: Provides primary nursing care for an assigned list of residents, except for provision of medications, by performing required duties either personally or through the assistance of a nurse aide, depending upon the clinical complexity of the assigned residents.

Experience Required: Current Licensed Practical Nurse License required. Knowledge of understanding of the geriatric resident and their needs.

Education Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Ability to bend, squat, stretch, push, pull and reach frequently. Have fine motor skills and eye to hand coordination. Please specify whether you prefer skilled nursing or assisted living. EOE.
