Receptionist

Baptist Homes in Mt. Lebanon is looking to hire Receptionist. This is a casual position and the shift is Wednesdays 12 to 4:30 and every other Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm.. Enjoy free parking and free access to our state-of-the-art fitness facility. Also enjoy access to our indoor pool on our Providence Point campus!

Job Summary: Responsible for operating the central telephone console system of the Baptist Homes, for greeting visitors and responding as appropriate to requests and inquiries of visitors, residents, and staff. Also responsible for general office duties as specified below. In all duties and communications, shall represent Baptist Homes in a well-informed, pleasant and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years office experience or business school training required; or equivalent combination of educations and experience. Employee must be computer literate.
